Hilton Head has a rich history and is very well known for its eco-friendly development. Most of the tourist areas and approximately 70% of the island is located inside gated communities. The island is home to a wide array of wildlife, including hundreds of species of birds, deer, loggerhead sea turtles, alligators and more!
In a small town like ours, we have limited offers for services of public transportation. Most of us find more ease in our own cars, bicycles and our very own feet!
