2018 Hilton Head Area Realtors "Realtor of the Year!" 

You may hear the locals call me "Sugarbaker"; I've answered to that nickname for over 20 years now.  Northern friends used to tell me I reminded them of the ladies from the show, Designing Women whose company was Sugarbaker & Associates. I've been married to my husband, Larry, for 24 years and have been a low country resident for 20 years.  Larry is an Air Force Veteran so assisting military families with housing is close to my heart. 

My main goal is to have every client be a client for life. As a successful, full time Realtor in the lowcountry for the past 15 years, I have extensive knowledge of Beaufort and Jasper Counties. I successfully launched the REALTOR® networking sessions in Jasper County. Identifying the growth of the area, I brought Realtors and businesses together for monthly learning and development sessions. I support my industry through participation as a Major Investor and President's Circle member. A strong component for me is giving back to my community and supporting various local charities and schools throughout Jasper and Beaufort counties. I participate in Realtors Helping Real People, Zeta Tau Alpha Foundation and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. 

Originally from Greenville, SC, I'm a graduate of Winthrop University with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications.  I'm excited to get to know  you!
