Seth Tilton specializes in selling ERA Distinctive Properties, which are defined as high-end real estate in luxury and desirable markets. He also works closes with sellers on creating 3D photography to enhance the online marketing for their listing. As ERA's in-house Matterport guru, Seth also helps all ERA Evergreen agents produce high-quality, innovative 3D home tours for their sellers.

When he’s not serving clients, Seth spends his time golfing, crabbing, boating or enjoying Lowcountry life with his wife, three-year-old daughter and infant son. Seth loves all the Lowcountry has to offer and feels lucky to share that passion for this area with his clients.
