Join Holistic Health Coach Nicole Musap and Breathwork Healer Tiffany Curren in this empowerment workshop which intends to help women find their true path and follow it with excitement and freedom, letting go of societal restrictions, expectations or imposed (unwarranted) barriers. Using the practice of breathwork as support, breathe together and begin to clear out stagnant energy that creates restrictive blocks in our lives. These blocks occur when we have (small or large) negative experiences (anything from being ignored by a parent to being raped/abused can cause these energetic blocks). The practice of this specific pranayama will provide clarity of thought and intention, so that each participant can live their truth and have beautifully authentic lives, without apology. Along with the practice of breathwork, share a sacred circle with the other attendees, for women to share, support, and shine; it’s the perfect trifecta for healing and growth. In this circle, you will address obstacles holding you back from accomplishing goals and being the best version of ourselves. Topics will include comparing ourselves to others, tackling our inner critics, the powerful practice of gratitude and diving into the freedom that is forgiveness.
