"Exactly the results we wanted!"

Seth Tilton assisted the Brim's in purchasing their South Carolina home during their single weekend visit to South Carolina. Due to timing issues, they had to make a quick decision. Aundrea was about to start her new job and her husband was wrapping up their home in Ohio to drive down with their dog and cats in a U-HAUL to meet her.

Read the Brim's story about their experience with Seth Tilton of the ERA Evergreen team and what advice they have for you.

Aundrea Brim and her husband were from Ohio when they decided they wanted to move South. Aundrea got a job in the Beaufort County area and they needed to find a house for themselves, their dog and three cats. They had previously owned a fixer-upper but couldn't take on a huge project home in South Carolina. They wanted to find a fenced yard home within their budget in a great neighborhood, within close driving distance to work.

Why The era Evergreen Team?

When the Brim's bought their home in Ohio they used an ERA broker-agent and asked their agent in Ohio who to get in contact with to buy in the Beaufort County area. He said they had to reach out to Seth Tilton. Aundrea's husband texted Seth after receiving his contact info and Seth called them right away to get an idea of what they were looking for. They found his personality super easy to get along with he made them feel like his 20-year friends during the whole process.

"I don't know how he did it...The house is beautiful, it's in a fantastic neighborhood and it's a good drive to work. It couldn't be any better."

What Stuck Out To The Brim's?

Seth made the process as smooth as possible. He took a lot of the stress off the shoulders of their family. Seth would promptly answer text messages and or emails and reassure the couple about their concerns. The Brim's consider him a friend and with his help, they closed their home within only 30 days.

How Was Seth Tilton Different?

Seth was realistic with them the whole way through. He heavily advised them on what they needed to do to close on their home in 30 days which was a really fast timeline. He also educated them on how the homes were built in their area for geographical reasons such as hurricanes. To this day Seth serves as a local resource for recommendations whenever they need them.

Aundrea's Advice to You

If you're considering buying a home, my advice would be to

"Be realistic with what your budget can buy you. A realtor can do a lot but they can't work miracles."
